You can make a preliminary reservation via the form. After the preliminary reservation, a reservation agreement is drawn up, and a reservation fee of 2,000€ is to be paid within seven days. If the reservation fee is not paid, the opportunity to reserve passes to the next person on the waiting list. When the reservation leads to a sale, the fee is counted towards the first installment of the selling price. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason during the pre-marketing phase, the reservation fee will be refunded in full.
